Drew Brees not playing for the Saints.  Steve Smith out with a broken arm for the Panthers, who may also be down to their 4th string running back if Jonathan Stewart ("?" but did practice for the first time on Friday) ends up being unable to go.  So even though Matt Moore has rejuvenated the offense, they'll be without all of their top weapons, potentially, for this game, which will be an uncharacteristic near freezing weather day in Charlotte.
